A review of the development of Labour Party policy since Jeremy Corbyn became Leader of the Labour Party.

Universal Basic Services are one of the aspects of policy the Labour Party has expressed interest in developing.

At the same time, McDonnell has been supportive of the call for ‘universal basic services’, as opposed to universal basic income, proposed by Henrietta Moore (UCL) and Jonathan Portes (KCL).
