Check three things first
Your age and province. Monster Win's own rule is 18+, but your province decides what's legal for you: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Monster Win is an offshore site without a provincial licence, so you're also choosing to play outside your province's regulated market.
The right site version. Use the Canadian version of the site (the address ends in /ca/). It shows CAD amounts and the Canadian promotions; other regional versions have different offers.

Creating your account
